SCROLL

Orbital study — growth drawn from within

THE ARGUMENT

Strategies that succeed take what you can do better than your rival and press it to a limit they cannot reach. Studied closely, the leaders diversify, take risk, and set hard deadlines toward something bigger than themselves — and still they carry a broken structure in their growth, looking backwards rather than forward.

Growing Vision Future asks for a shift of focus: to the future grown from within, leaving the friction of the outside world behind.

I
The concentric market — every ring an interface

MARKETS ARE DESIGNED OBJECTS.
WHOEVER DRAWS THE INTERFACE
GOVERNS IT.

VISIONARY MAP

Understanding the landscape we are in, we can begin to target who we want to work with, the companies to acquire, and the ideas to work towards.

LAYERING

Innovation rests on constantly adding layers of ideas from different brains and angles, stacked on a project until the goals stand out. It sets us ahead as frontrunners, achieving more in less time.

II
Cells — a sphere dedicated to talent
CELLS
Fission — one company becoming two
CORPORATE FISSION
Fractal growth — the ring of separations
FRACTAL GROWTH

Centre an idea or a talent in a sphere, crown it with layers, and let fission happen around it. Cellular structures stay dynamic in any event; in a chess game we play with a set of queens instead of being locked by pawns.

Creating a company is not enough. Fission makes a ready‑to‑move approach: strategic deadlines, constant innovation, a fresh brand — and it widens the range of shares in the market.

When a single product, department or person contributes 30% or more of revenue, the separation happens naturally. We create a new company around it, and repeat.

III
Autonomy — the sphere at rest

Logistical singularity is only achievable by empowering the machine ahead, creating a wave of autonomy that thrusts the world forward.

SINGULARITY — robots capable of labour‑intensive, repetitive work as long as there is power. The aim is to cut those jobs by 50–80% and automate in detail, rather than lean on people for the same task forever.

IV
The spectrum burst — attention priced by the degree

INVERTED PYRAMID

Growing the base from above limits those who simply follow orders. The entrepreneurial spirit goes into every one of the six levels, letting the company grow on autopilot.

DEFENSE RESERVE

A diversified portfolio needs a reserve — a pool structured on low‑risk investment, to carry every risk the rest of it takes.

V
Targeting — values made legible on a scale

TARGETING

Ambition in a week. Each week is set; all we need are starting points from existing ideas and brains, and it grows to become more and more. Set deadlines to reach the target before anyone else — we want pilotless planes in December, and we need to find it now, by adding layers slowly. This needs structure.

  1. Ideas we need today
  2. In a week
  3. In a month
  4. In a year
VI
The cone — layers narrowing to a point

Making the future part of our hands, rather than an entity expected to make a return.

Design is not decoration. It is the allocation of attention.
